EasyPay offers convenient payday installment plans at 2 payments per month available for Three (3) months to pay and Six (6) months to pay:

3 months to pay = 6 payments
6 months to pay = 12 payments

You may choose your payment plan preference during your verification process. You may adjust your installment plans anytime (fees may apply).

No Credit Cards are necessary for you to enjoy EasyPay Layaway Payments. You only need to submit the following during verification:

• Two (2) valid IDs

• Your latest payslip or income statement

• Latest billing statement with address

You may cancel your EasyPay Layaway Payment plan at any time. However, the down payment and applicable fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after making one or more installment payments, the paid installments will be given to you as credit, minus the downpayment and applicable fees, toward the purchase of any other product applicable for EasyPay Layaway Payments.

If a payment is not made on or before the due date, a late payment fee of Php 500 will be added to the customer's account. You will be notified of the late payment fee via email. 

If you fail to make two or more consecutive monthly payments, your EasyPay Layaway Payment plan will be considered in default. Your order shall be considered cancelled and a notification email will be sent to you. You may request for your EasyPay Layaway Payment Plan to be reinstated (fees may apply).

Terms and Conditions for EasyPay Layaway Payment

1. Overview
   Philsecure.com offers EasyPay Layaway Payments to help customers finance their safety and security equipment purchases. By choosing EasyPay Layaway Payments, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Philsecure.com.

2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for EasyPay Layaway Payments, you must provide accurate and complete information during the checkout process, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. Philsecure.com reserves the right to verify your information and may require additional information or documentation as necessary. EasyPay Layaway Payments are available only to residents of the Philippines who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Payment
   EasyPay Layaway Payments require a down payment at the time of purchase, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be divided into equal payments based on the installment plan you choose, with a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Payments are due twice each month, starting 15 days  after the down payment is made unless stated. Late payments will be subject to a late payment fee of Php 500. Philsecure.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend EasyPay Layaway Payments at any time.
   

4. Cancellation and Refund
   A customer may cancel their EasyPay Layaway Payment plan at any time. However, the down payment and all applicable fees are non-refundable. If a customer cancels after making one or more installment payments, the paid installments will be given back as credit, minus the downpayment and applicable fees, toward the purchase of any other product applicable for EasyPay Layaway Payments.
   

5. Default
   If you fail to make two or more consecutive monthly payments, your EasyPay Layaway Payment plan will be considered in default. Philsecure.com reserves the right to cancel your order and a notification email will be sent to you. You may request for your EasyPay Layaway Payment Plan to be reinstated (fees may apply).
   

6. Product Availability
   Philsecure.com reserves the right to limit the availability of products eligible for EasyPay Layaway Payments. The availability of EasyPay Layaway Payments may vary depending on the product and may be subject to change without notice.
   

7. Modification of Terms and Conditions
   Philsecure.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Philsecure.com website. Your continued use of EasyPay Layaway Payments after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
